The "Winter Amaryllis" Arrangement is New Year's floristry in white and green: fresh, understated, quietly festive.

The focal point is a tall amaryllis with large white bell-shaped blooms and faintly green centers. Below, lush white carnations and tiny ornithogalum stars frame it.

Noble fir, pine, and cryptomeria branches add varied needle textures, plus airy eucalyptus sprigs. The shape is asymmetrical: the amaryllis reaches up while the greenery spreads out, for a natural, unformulaic feel. It sits in a round, glossy silver pot.

At 60 cm tall and 40 cm in diameter, it stands out on a holiday table or dresser without crowding it.

White blooms among evergreens are a winter classic, so it suits:

a hostess you are visiting for New Year's or Christmas;
your mom or grandmother, to decorate for the holidays;
colleagues or partners as a restrained New Year's business greeting;
a teacher or doctor as a year-end thank-you;
a winter birthday, as a lighter alternative to classic roses.
